Spirometry (a lung function test):
This test assesses how well your lungs are working. It measures how much air you inhale, how much you exhale and how quickly you can exhale. This test is useful for the diagnosis of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other lung diseases such as pulmonary fibrosis. Using the most up-to-date equipment and in our relaxed clinic setting, we will perform the spirometry test, discuss the results with you and send you an email or printed result that meets health and safety executive standards. This test lasts about 15 minutes. All test results will be further reviewed by our occupational health qualified doctor.
